Nose: Subtle spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, along with a touch of oak and leather adding depth. Aromas of rich dried fruits such as figs, raisins and prunes, layered with notes of sweet sherry.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with sweet sherry flavours. A warm, spicy character enhances the complexity, with hints of clove or allspice.

Finish: The oak and spice gradually fade, leaving a satisfying and elegant finish.

Conclusion: This whisky highlights Glenlossie's fruity and floral spirit, beautifully complimented by the rich, desert-like characteristics imparted by the Oloroso Sherry cask

The region Speyside Speyside, a part of the Highlands, enjoys a special status in the whisky world. The river Spey provided the name. Speyside is neither a geographical nor a specific administrative term but with more than 50 operating malt whisky distilleries it is deemed to be the cradle of the single malt whisky. Situated East of Inverness, South of the Firth of Moray and North of the Grampian Mountains it is home to the most famous of Scottish distilleries. The Speyside whisky’s expression is dominated by fruity notes and is known for its complexity and elegance.
