Palate - Honey, dried fruit, milk chocolate and sugared almonds
Finish - some subtle peat smoke, toasted oak and white peppers

The region Islands The Islands region includes Inner and Outer Hebrides and stretching North as far as the Orkney Islands and to the South as far as Arran. Generally Island Whisky display quite some peat. Especially whiskys from islands of Mull and Skye are a good examples. The two most northerly distilleries are domiciled on the Orkney Islands – Scapa and Highland Park.
