Palate - Notes of pear, melon, baked apple and tropical fruit
Finish - Green apple, almond, vanilla custard, subtle spice

Auld Goonsy says that this Islands malt is as smooth as creamy milk chocolate or a favourite baked biscuit with a surprise filling.

The region Islands The Islands region includes Inner and Outer Hebrides and stretching North as far as the Orkney Islands and to the South as far as Arran. Generally Island Whisky display quite some peat. Especially whiskys from islands of Mull and Skye are a good examples.
