Nose - Crunchy apple, fruit burst, hints of vanilla.
Palate - Pear drops, buttermint, grassy and fresh green grapes.
Finish - Subtle lingering citrus mixed with almonds.

Auld Goonsy says that this Highland malt is like a good old fashioned fruit scone, it is soft, crumbly, best served lathered with jam or bramble jelly.
